There were many deaths this year.  We are going to list only the most important deaths of people that changed history. (Good or bad)

1. Osama Bin Laden- Osama, after being in hiding,  commanding the attack on the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001, was killed on May 4.

2.  Muammar Gaddafi was killed on October 20 in his hometown, Sirte.

3. Steve Jobs, the founder of the famous Apple company, died on October 20 from heart failure.

4.  Kim Jong II, the leader of North Korea, died

     on December  17th. The cause of his death is not known.

             Note- December 29 was his funeral.
